Troy-onic is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of “electronic” glass components, specializing in bayard alpert ionization gauges. We supply both O.E.M.’s and Hi-Vac equipment distributors with high quality gauges at some of the lowest prices available. In addition to standard glass bodied Bayard Alperts, we also make flange mounted “nude” gauges with both normal Bayard Alpert components and ultra high vacuum (UHV) ionization gauge components. We produce both Tungsten and Thoria or Yttria coated iridium filaments and replacement filament assemblies (RFA’s) for both Bayard Alpert and UHV ionization gauges, as well as filament assemblies for specialized applications such as helium leak detectors, etc.

In addition, we are still dedicated to the development of new glass technology applications. We welcome the opportunity to work with electronic component designers to apply low cost glass fabrication and resistance spot welding technology to new concepts. Glass fabrication is very flexible allowing rapid modification of design configurations, resulting in low cost development.
